Deep-Sky Collection Bundle | 4 Digital Fine Art Images
Experience four authentic deep-sky astrophotography works created through hundreds of hours of precision imaging, calibration, and post-processing. This digital collection showcases galaxies, emission nebulae, and one of the darkest molecular cloud complexes visible from Earth, each produced using scientifically accurate acquisition techniques and extensive integration times to reveal faint detail that would otherwise remain invisible.
Unlike AI-generated imagery or single-exposure photographs, every image in this collection represents real photons that traveled across space before being recorded through professional astronomical equipment.
Included Images
Markarian’s Chain
35 Hours Total Integration
A sweeping view through the Virgo Cluster featuring the famous Markarian’s Chain—an arc of interacting galaxies stretching across millions of light-years. Long broadband integration reveals delicate galactic halos while preserving natural stellar color.
Acquisition
- Red: 150 × 5-minute exposures
- Green: 141 × 5-minute exposures
- Blue: 129 × 5-minute exposures
Lagoon & Trifid Nebulae
4.9 Hours Total Integration
A colorful portrait of two of the Milky Way’s most recognizable stellar nurseries. Broadband color is blended with narrowband emission data to enhance hydrogen and oxygen structures while maintaining a natural appearance.
Acquisition
- Red: 11 x 5 minute exposures
- Green: 17 x 5 minute exposures
- Blue: 16 x 5 minute exposures
- Hydrogen-Alpha: 4 x 10 minute exposures
- Oxygen III: 5 x 10 minute exposures
Cave Nebula
62 Hours Total Integration
An exceptionally deep exposure of the Cave Nebula complex revealing intricate hydrogen emissions, sulfur-rich structures, and dark interstellar dust. Captured using seven astronomical filters to maximize scientific detail while producing a dramatic artistic composition.
Acquisition
- Red: 22 x 5 minute exposures
- Green: 23 x 5 minute exposures
- Blue: 30 x 5 minute exposures
- Luminance: 18 x 5 minute exposures
- Hydrogen-Alpha: 17 x 10 minute exposures
- Sulfur II: 153 x 10 minute exposures
- Oxygen III: 203 x 10 minute exposures
Ghost of Cassiopeia
56.75 Hours Total Integration
A deep narrowband composition highlighting the faint emission structures surrounding the Ghost of Cassiopeia. Nearly 57 hours of collected light reveal intricate filaments, shock fronts, and delicate gaseous detail that are virtually invisible in shorter integrations.
Acquisition
- Red: 24 x 5 minute exposures
- Green: 22 x 5 minute exposures
- Blue: 24 x 5 minute exposures
- Luminance: 19 x 5 minute exposures
- Hydrogen-Alpha: 102 × 10 minute exposures
- Oxygen III: 194 × 10 minute exposures

Authentic Astrophotography
Every image in this collection was produced from genuine astronomical observations using long-exposure astrophotography techniques. Hundreds to thousands of individual exposures were calibrated, registered, stacked, and carefully processed to faithfully reveal structures that are far too faint for the human eye to perceive in real time.
Each photograph represents a unique record of light that has traveled anywhere from thousands to millions of years before arriving at the camera sensor, making every image both a scientific observation and a piece of fine art.
